The Process
ENQUIRE: Once you complete the short form above you’ll get an email response from me within a week confirming our availability and scheduling a short consultation call or meeting.
CONSULTATION: We’ll either meet in our Manuka studio or jump on call to discuss your floral vision for your wedding and gather the required details to create a curated quote for your floral details.
PROPOSAL + VISION: I’ll email through a custom quote with transparent pricing on individual details and a visual guide based on our discussion for you to review.
CONFIRMATION: To lock in your booking, confirm the quote via email and you’ll be sent an initial invoice. Upon the payment of your 30% booking deposit, your event will be officially booked on our calendar!
THE EVENT: Once I’m booked as your florist, you can check that off your list! I’ll handle the rest of the details and we’ll communicate as needed. I’m always just an email or phone call away if there’s anything else I can help with during the process. I look forward to being a part of your special day!

Where is Joanne Flowers of Manuka based?
Joanne Flowers is located on Bougainville Street, in the Manuka Precinct, Griffith ACT. Based in Canberra, we offer a relaxing spot to find beautiful, fresh flowers for any occasion. While we’re proud to serve our local community, we also travel across NSW to provide stunning floral arrangements for weddings and special events having worked at renowed venues such as Bendooley Estate in Bowral and Mona Farm in Braidwood NSW.
What travel costs need to be covered?
For weddings and events outside of Canberra, we travel across NSW to bring our floral arrangements to your special day. Travel costs, including fuel, accommodation, and any additional expenses, will be added to the overall quote based on the location and distance from Canberra. We’ll provide a clear breakdown of any travel expenses to ensure full transparency.
Do you only do wedding flowers?
No, we don’t just do weddings! At Joanne Flowers of Manuka, we cater to a variety of events, including engagements, baby showers, christenings, birthdays, and more. Whether it’s an intimate celebration or a grand occasion, we provide beautiful floral arrangements to suit any event and make it memorable. Reach out directly to discuss your requirements.
Where do you source your flowers?
We source our flowers from a range of local growers, as we love supporting our community and ensuring the freshest, highest-quality blooms. We also buy directly from our trusted wholesalers at Flower HQ in Canberra and the Sydney Flower Markets, bringing you the freshest selection for every occasion.
How far in advance should we book you?
If you’re getting married in the next 12 months we highly recommend you reach out as soon as possible to secure your date.

Can I add/adjust the quote after we're booked in?
Once your quote is confirmed and deposit is paid any adjustments will depend on the changes you’d like to make. If you need to update your order or make changes to the flowers or services, just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, and any price adjustments will be reflected accordingly. Everything just needs to be fully locked in by one month out from the wedding.
